Accessibility statement

Last updated: August 2026

Pebli is a digital daycare service of Nexo Labs LLC, a United States company. This statement explains our accessibility approach for pebli.app worldwide: the technical standard we aim for, the adaptations we have made, known limitations, how to request help, and how to contact the relevant authority in your country if we cannot resolve the issue.

1. Operator, site, and scope

Operator: Nexo Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (File No. 2025-001825198). Published address: 111 NE 1st St, 8th Floor, Suite #89239, Miami, FL 33132, United States. Pebli is a digital-only service. That address is not a walk-in visitor office for accessibility assistance.

Website: https://pebli.app (including locale-prefixed paths such as /en/ and /he/). The public site is available in English, Hebrew, Arabic, Spanish, and Russian.

This statement covers the public marketing, legal, support, and sign-in pages, and the authenticated B2B dashboard on pebli.app. The native Pebli parent application is a separate product; for app accessibility feedback, use the contact channel below and describe your device, operating system, and screen.

2. Technical standard and legal duties by market

Our global technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We have not completed a certified accessibility audit of this site. This statement does not claim full WCAG conformance, and it is not a legal opinion or a warranty. Mandatory accessibility rights under the law that applies to you apply alongside this statement.

United States. We aim to make pebli.app usable for people with disabilities, using WCAG 2.1 AA as the technical target commonly referenced for public websites. Where the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or other US federal or state accessibility rules apply to our service, those rules control. We do not claim ADA certification.

Israel. For users and daycare operators in Israel, this website is an internet service under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, including the duty to publish an accessibility statement (regulation 35E). The Israeli internet standard is Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA. We do not publish an exemption from those regulations on this page.

Other countries. We also consider other mandatory accessibility laws that apply where we offer the service. If a local rule requires more than this statement, that rule prevails.

3. Adaptations we have made

We work accessibility into design and development. The following measures are in place on the public site, and we continue to improve authenticated tools:

  • Document language and text direction, including right-to-left layout for Hebrew and Arabic.
  • An on-site accessibility toolbar (text size, contrast, spacing, pause animations, and related display options). The toolbar is an aid. It does not replace WCAG, IS 5568, or a certified audit.
  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus on primary controls and footer links.
  • Semantic page structure and text alternatives for meaningful images we control (including the site logo).
  • A footer link to this statement on marketing pages.
  • A cookie-consent banner with accept, reject, and customize options.
  • Responsive layout that allows browser zoom.
  • Webfonts chosen to support the languages we ship, including Hebrew (Rubik).

4. Known limitations

We are open about gaps. A reviewer or a person using assistive technology may still encounter barriers. Known limitations include:

  • We have not published a skip-to-main-content link yet.
  • No certified WCAG / IS 5568 audit has been completed, and we do not claim a conformance level.
  • The accessibility toolbar does not make every screen fully accessible on its own.
  • The authenticated dashboard includes data tables, charts, and operational tools (including QR flows) that may be harder to use with a screen reader or keyboard only.
  • Third-party services (including Stripe payment, Firebase, maps, and similar embeds) are outside our full control.
  • Content supplied by daycares, PDFs, and links to other websites may not meet the same standard.
  • The native mobile app is outside the scope of this web statement.
  • We currently publish an email contact for accessibility, not a telephone number.

5. Accessibility contact

Accessibility requests are handled at support@pebli.app. That is the published contact for missing accessibility, a request for an adjustment, or a report of a barrier. We have not yet published a named accessibility coordinator. Until a person is appointed and named here, this mailbox is the contact for those requests, including for users in Israel.

We monitor this mailbox on business days in the United States (Monday-Friday) and in Israel (Sunday-Thursday). We aim to acknowledge a request promptly and to give a substantive response within 14 business days. Where we can, we will offer a workaround, complete the task for you by email, or describe a fix timeline. Complex dashboard issues may take longer.

Please include the page URL, a short description of the barrier or the adjustment you need, the browser and assistive technology you use (if any), and how you prefer us to reply. We do not currently publish a support telephone number; email is the channel we monitor.

6. Alternative assistance

If you cannot complete a task on the website because of an accessibility barrier, write to support@pebli.app and describe the task. We will try to complete it for you by email or another reasonable means, or to put you in contact with the relevant daycare where the task depends on that operator.

7. If we cannot resolve your request

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the authority that handles accessibility in your country. Details below are published by those authorities and may change; please verify on their official sites.

United States. You may contact the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division about the ADA (ada.gov). Public information line commonly published: 800-514-0301 (voice) and 800-514-0383 (TTY). You may also have rights under state law or through a state attorney general.

8. Updates to this statement

This version is dated August 2026. We will update it after a material change to the site, after we appoint a named coordinator, after we enter a new market with extra accessibility duties, or after a formal accessibility audit if one is performed. The version on this page is the current statement.

This statement may be updated to reflect process or product changes. The applicable version is always the one published on this page.
